This breed is Lakhay Galway Pigeons. These pigeons were also brought in Pakistan from India in 1947. Khan Dilawar Khan was migrated from Tehsil Batala District Gurdaspur that is why Dilawar Khan Sahib named this breed as Batalay Walay. These pigeons are very beautiful and complete breed.
